Our innovation training and innovation events and workshops are organised in-person, online or hybrid.

We organising innovation events and workshops:

• We organise dedicated, industry focused Open Day workshops related to the public grant funded projects to support exploitation and dissemination of the project results – mapping key players and sister projects and inviting them as the workshop participants, speakers and panellists; preparing post workshop report
• We organise technology development strategy and roadmapping workshops – mapping key players and inviting them as the workshop participants, speakers and panellists; facilitating workshop discussions and preparing post workshop report
• We organise government bi-lateral and multilateral events and workshops for partnership building and facilitating collaboration

We provide innovation training related to:

• IP generation and management – what to patents ad what to keep as know-how and trade secret, how to secure and maximise value of the IP in the start-up, IP scouting and acquisition strategy
• Business model development – Identification of the Key Exploitable Results (KERs), Business Model Canvas, Value Proposition Canvas, SWAT analysis
• Pitch presentation training – identifying value proposition, market opportunity, investment proposition and exit strategy, presenting team and strategy for growth
