What we do
Our Mission
We provide support for technology innovation processes and commercialisation of innovative products and services with a set of Services including Innovation Consulting, Innovation Management, Innovation Marketing and Events and Training.
Our technology Innovation Consulting services are designed for clients coming from technology development driven companies, universities, research organisations and investors. We are specialised in nanomaterials and carbon nanomaterials application development and commercialisation in sectors ranging from energy, transport, construction and environmental to biomedical. We provide technology expert consulting tailored to the client needs.
We actively help with a project proposal preparation for the EU funded projects, focusing on the impact and our reward is to be a consortium partner on the successful projects working on the Innovation Management related tasks including exploitation, dissemination and communication of the project results.
CNT Innovation have successfully helped with getting Horizon Europe grant of 3.6 million EUR for the project 3D-BRICKS about novel electronic devices based on carbon nanotubes and DNA; however, our sister company Cambridge Nanomaterials Technology Ltd have helped more than 15 projects getting public grants from EU and UK with more 150 partner organisations and more than 80 million EUR received in funding.
We are developing Communities interested in various nanomaterials applications. The Aim of creating communities is to bring together technology development and commercialisation leaders, and support them with up-to-date information on innovative solutions, market trends and partnership opportunities. The communities are developing around industrial application sectors and thematics such as energy, environmental, biomedical, transport, additive manufacturing and materials charatersation. Each community has a dedicated workshops, newsletters and website providing virtual exhibition booths of products and services for its members.
Our virtual exhibition platform www.nanoMATexpo.net has been created to bring together all communities and provide links to their Workshops, Newsletters and virtual exhibitions.
The communities and virtual exhibition platform have been developed by our sister company Cambridge Nanomaterials Technology Ltd and supported by CNT Innovation.
We provide support to leadership and running of the private membership NCEM (Novel Concepts for Energy Materials) consortium that in the past 7 series from the start in 2012 attracted members from leading multinational organisations such as AIRBUS, GE, Rolls Royce, Schneider Electric, BOSCH, THALES, National Grid, Henkel and Prysmian.
